Job Title: Senior Engineer/Team Leader/Manager - Design

Qualification: BE / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Experience: Minimum 3+ years

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage design projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
• Develop and review detailed engineering designs, drawings, and specifications.
• Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and design optimizations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with manufacturing, quality, and sales teams to ensure seamless product development.
• Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement in design processes.

Skills:

• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA).
