Job Title: Senior Engineer - Marketing

Qualification: A relevant degree 

Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in marketing roles

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage sales teams to drive performance and ensure target delivery through effective people management and recognition.
• Business Development: Generate leads, research new clients, build relationships, and close new deals to expand the organization's client base and maximize profitability through strong negotiation.
• Marketing & Promotion: Collaborate with marketing for lead generation and actively promote the organization and its products.
• Client Management: Oversee customer relationship management and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
• Reporting & Compliance: Forecast sales targets, submit accurate weekly progress reports, and ensure adherence to all company policies and ethics.
• Project Management: Demonstrate strong project management skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
• Proposal & Presentation: Create and deliver compelling proposal presentations and RFP responses.
• Travel & Collaboration: Be willing to travel and work effectively within a global team.
