Job Title: Manager - Staffing Services

Qualification: A relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering

Experience: 5+ Years of experience in handling staffing services business with engineering background.

Salary: As per the industry standards

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Management & Acquisition: Manage existing clients and actively acquire new ones, including reactivating dormant accounts.
• Profitability & Negotiation: Successfully negotiate rates with clients to ensure maximum profitability.
• Reporting: Draft daily, weekly, monthly, and annual analytical strategic MIS Reports.
• Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and implement recruitment solutions, analyze staffing needs, and gather competitive market intelligence.
• Candidate Evaluation: Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, perform pre-employment screening (references, background checks), and liaise with college alumni associations.

Measurements:

• Success will be measured by quality, policy adherence, documentation, and coordination.

Competencies:

• Skills: Proficiency in English (written and verbal), good understanding of MS Office, strong market knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and lead a team.
