Experience: 8 to 15 years

Pay Structure: 8 to 11 LPA

Age Criteria: Below 40 years

Objective: Cluster Managers will be handling 3 - 4 branches.

Roles And Responsibilities:

1. Business Growth: Develop and execute strategies to achieve and exceed business targets across all branches in the cluster, including loan disbursement, portfolio quality, and customer acquisition.

2. Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and motivate Branch Managers and their teams to foster a high-performance culture. Conduct regular performance reviews and identify training needs.

3. Operational Excellence: Ensure smooth and efficient branch operations, adherence to company policies, and compliance with all internal and external regulations.

4. Risk Management: Monitor portfolio quality, manage delinquencies, and implement effective risk mitigation strategies.

5. Customer Relationship Management: Oversee efforts to build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

6. Market Intelligence: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.

7. Reporting: Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports on cluster performance to senior management.
